In Decmenber, we customized this item for our philippine’ customer, to line a drainage channel in 6700 m² ditch system. The objective was to stop water infiltration in an irrigation channel and to improve the local water management system. Client also considered renforced concrete, but concrete fabric CB10 was chosen as it would be a cheaper solution and faster to install.

Compressive strength of CB10 is more than C30 concrete. Two workers are able to lay 400m2 per day. CB10 was laid along the length of the ditch. Surely it also can be laid across the width according to the geographical conditions of river.

At the lap joint, CB10 can be fixed by 3.8cm self-tapping screws every 10cm. At top of shoulder & overlap joint, 25cm length L-shape nails need to be fixed every 40cm.

It allowed workers to continue using the channel during construction. Because the concrete fabric can harden on hydration in water, even in rain. That improve high work efficiency. And now the water now travels much faster down the channel.
